Gateway Commons' residences are spacious and offer finishes and features more commonly found in major metropolitan markets.

  • There are 5 units on each floor, including the Penthouse on the top floor. Innovative and spacious floor-plans, from 880 sq. ft. to 1780 sq. ft. Every effort has been made to increase energy efficiency and natural, renewable products are featured throughout.
  • Open gourmet kitchens are designed for convenience and efficiency. All appliances are Energy Star rated stainless steel, high-end, GE Profile Series units. Kitchen cabinets are custom made with clear maple; the center island is topped in granite, with durable Formica countertops covering the remaining work surfaces including a large stainless steel sink with heavy-duty disposal. Rounding out our appliance package is a white, stacked, front-loading washer/dryer discreetly tucked away in a utility closet.
  • Environmentally friendly bamboo wood covers the kitchen floors, while ceramic tile is featured in each bathroom. Marble thresholds can be found at the residence entry and at each bathroom entry. Master bathrooms in the 2&3 bedroom apartments are comfortably appointed with a 5 Ft. seated shower. The 1 bedroom units feature an oversized 36 in. wide combination shower/bathtub enclosed with sliding glass doors. All bathrooms have a clear maple vanity covered in Corian and a water-saving, dual-flush commode.
  • An Australian Wool-blend carpet with a recycled backing, installed over the highest quality, rubber pad, is used in the hallways and bedrooms. Renewable bamboo wood flooring adds a touch of flair to the dining and living areas in each residence.
  • Enhancing the sense of space, ceilings in the living areas are a uniform 8’ 8” high, dropping down slightly to 8’ in the bathrooms and hallways. Large 7 ft. X 3 ft. solid-core, clear slice maple doors add a further dimension of privacy and “quiet”.

  • Grand views of the city may be seen, while some of the residences facing Six Mile Creek feature large sliding glass doors (with railing) adding to the flow of natural light. The 900 sq. ft. rooftop terrace is open to all residents. The Gateway Clock tower lights the night. There’s always a “full moon” at Gateway Commons.
  • Gateway Commons is is entirely smoke free. Filtered and tempered fresh air fills the residence 24/7, with stale air continuously exhausted to the outside. Heated and cooled air is provided through a highly efficient water source heat pump system.
  • Bedrooms are spacious with large closets featuring louvered, solid wood doors. All 1&3 bedroom apartments have walk in closets. Our pre-wired and wireless Ethernet technology package includes cable, telephone, and high speed Internet connectivity. A wall-mounted video intercom system with handset allows residents to view visitors outside, while remotely permitting access into the building.
  • Gateway Commons uses a proximity card building entry system, digital security system and high security apartment entry doors.
